How does the FREE 30-day Trial work?
After you create an account, you get instant access to all the features for 30 days. We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you get to try Acthym obligation-free.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely not. Every plan is month to month. For the Free plan, you can enjoy it at no charge for a month.
How do I upgrade my FREE account to a paid package?
Just go to Profile and Settings and then go to the Subscription Plan tab. There, you can upgrade your account.
Can I downgrade my subscription at any time?
Of course you can downgrade your subscription at any time. The unused portion of your previous plan's payment will be refunded to you on a pro-rated basis.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We charge your payment via PayPal. The payment processing happens completely on PayPal. We do not store your credit card information or PayPal information.
How about deleted/archived users?
You can delete users who are not actively working on your risks or actions. The deleted users do not count towards your user quota. Once users are deleted, you can still view the historical information under their account so you don't have to worry about losing data when deleting inactive users.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Our support team will email you before your trial expires. In order to continue to use the service, you'll register your credit card information and your trial account will become your permanent account. All of your data will remain intact.
Can I cancel at anytime I want?
Absolutely. Just go to Profile and Settings then go to the Subscription Plan tab to cancel your account.
How do I make payment for my subscription?
We charge the subscriptions via PayPal which accepts major types of credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), or you can pay directly with your PayPal account.
What if I have more than 50 users?
If you want more than 50 users, please contact our support team to help you: support@acthym.com
Do you offer termed payment options?
Yes, by 12-month terms. If you pay for a 12-month term, you will get a 15% discount.
